Onsite support
An HP authorized and trained technician visits your site to help ensure that issues are addressed quickly, completely and expertly. Coverage encompasses escalation management and all required parts and materials. Device-dependent options include next business day service and same-day service with a choice of coverage windows. There is also an option to retain defective media in instances where information security is of high importance. Exchange support
For products meeting appropriate weight requirements, HP offers a variety of exchange service options:
- Next Day Exchange — In the event of a hardware failure, HP ships a replacement device to you on the next business day after your call is received.
- Standard Exchange — A replacement device is sent to you via standard shipping methods (normally 3-5 day shipping depending on location).
- One Time Replacement — In some locations, single-incident replacement service in the event of hardware failure is offered.
- Next Day Onsite Exchange — An HP Authorized Representative visits your site to remove a failed device, install a replacement and verify that it is operating properly.
Return to Depot support
This easy-to-use HP Care Pack offering includes remote telephone support as well as services performed at an HP-designated repair center. One low price covers equipment repair or replacement, all parts, labor and (in selected locations) return shipment to you.
