With an advanced technology called Digital Pen and Paper, you can redesign any form to incorporate a subtle dot pattern that is as unique as a fingerprint. You can then print these digital paper forms on demand using an HP LaserJet printer.
Writing just as you might with an ordinary ballpoint pen, the digital pen recognizes the form and its content fields and using a small built-in camera to record pen strokes. This enables the pen to record almost any information, such as handwriting, tick boxes, even diagrams. Users no longer need to scan forms or manually enter data by keyboard, saving time and driving down transaction costs to as little as one third to one fourth of those done the old-fashioned way.
Dock the pen in a cradle and it will extract data from the pen and deliver it immediately to clinical or business applications or databases. The digital pen is available in USB or you can get a Bluetooth® model so you don’t even need a physical connection to a computer.
