» When must I renew my CSLG License Agreement?
CSLG License Agreements must be renewed annually. You should begin the process of renewal early if your institution has a lengthy purchase order cycle, to ensure Product Authorization Key (PAK)s don't expire. A grace period of 2 months is built in to the expiration of the Product Authorization Key (PAK) to allow for unusual circumstances.
» What happens if I don't renew?
If the CSLG License Agreement is not renewed, your license Product Authorization Key (PAK) will "legally" expire on the renewal date and "technically" expire 2 months after the anniversary of your renewal. All the product portfolios are combined on one CDROM and can be ordered under one part number.
